About CigGo

Shenzhen Dorteam Technology Co., Ltd. has designed and manufactured vaporizer devices in Shenzhen since 2009. We are a manufacturer, not a trading company: 300–500 employees, a 6,000 m² dust-free dust-free workshop, and buyers in 50+ countries.

What we make

Four device families — disposable vapes, pod systems, CBD vape devices and dry herb vaporizers — under six house brands: CIGGO, FYHIT, HIPUFF, OMG, BYSOUL, OPOD. All production runs under an ISO 13485:2016-certified quality management system, one of the few in the industry certified to medical-device standards.

Quality control & after-sales

Incoming materials, in-process assembly and outgoing units are inspected by a QC team with more than 13 years of experience, using AQL sampling on every batch. Devices carry a 3–6 months warranty against manufacturing defects. Standard orders ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or EMS.
