QC Profile: How CigGo Inspects Every Batch

· CigGo — Shenzhen Dorteam Technology Co., Ltd.

QA/QC introduction

CigGo's quality-control team has been engaged in this field for more than 13 years. They know the key points of each production stage — and, more usefully for a buyer, they know how to find the root cause when something drifts out of spec.

Quality at the factory is organized in three gates:

  1. Incoming inspection — materials and components are checked against specification before they enter the workshop, with written instructions and records for every lot.
  2. In-process inspection — assembly stations work from posted work instructions, approved reference samples and product photos, so the standard is visible at the point of work, not in a binder in an office.
  3. Outgoing inspection — finished goods clear AQL sampling before packing; the same records system covers finished products and is maintained for traceability.

All of this runs inside the company's ISO 13485:2016-certified quality management system — the medical-device QMS standard, which is considerably more demanding about documentation, traceability and corrective action than the general-purpose ISO 9001 most factories hold.

What this means for buyers

The practical difference shows up after the sale: when a batch question arises, the inspection records exist, the lot is traceable, and the answer comes in days rather than weeks. Devices carry a 3–6 month warranty (3 months for atomizer and battery, 6 months for accessories), with replacements shipped against photo or video evidence.
