The power plant is an 18650 cell at 2500 mAh — the battery format chosen for HNB duty cycles, sealed in (non-detachable, which keeps the device airline-safe and simple), inside an upgraded aluminum body at 120 × 20.5 mm. It runs the standard 7 × 45 mm new-type tobacco sticks, the format a growing share of the market shares. Every unit is assembled in CigGo’s 6,000 m² dust-free workshop in Shenzhen under an ISO 13485:2016-certified quality management system — one of the few in the vaporizer industry certified to medical-device standards. Batches clear outgoing AQL inspection by a QC team with 13+ years of experience, and devices carry a 3–6 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
