The M22-R is the open-system sibling of the M22 platform: the same rechargeable device, but pods the user refills. For markets where buyers bring their own oil — and for brands that sell oil separately — it converts the pod from a consumable into a durable component.
Each pod holds 1.8 ml and is molded from PCTG, the food-grade plastic standard for vapor and beverage containers: it does not interact with oil chemistry, keeps flavor neutral, and survives repeated refill cycles without clouding. Heating is a ceramic coil at 1.0 Ω — slightly lower resistance than the closed M22 pod, which means it comes up to temperature faster and carries thicker oils comfortably. Ceramic’s wide heating surface keeps even viscous extracts vaporizing evenly instead of pooling around a single hot wire.
Buyers can order empty pods (their oil, their filling line) or prefilled pods (filled and sealed in our dust-free workshop) — or a mixed program that launches prefilled and adds empties once the market knows the product. All units are assembled in CigGo’s 6,000 m² dust-free workshop in Shenzhen under an ISO 13485:2016-certified quality management system — one of the few in the vaporizer industry certified to medical-device standards. Batches clear outgoing AQL inspection by a QC team with 13+ years of experience, and every device carries a 3–6 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
